Expanded Course Description
In this course we will explore theory and practice related to arts and cultural programming in the public sector. Class sessions will illuminate a range of opportunities available to cultural workers of varies backgrounds: museum specialists, community arts managers, arts educators, creative advocates, folklorists, readings, discussion, and written assignments will provide opportunities for students to actively engage in analysis of inclusive and equitable cultural programming.
