An in-depth study of a discrete theme within the field of medieval art and architecture. Themes will vary from year to year and will reflect the interests of faculty members. Repeatable twice for a maximum of 12 credits when the topic changes.

Expanded Course Description
This course provides advanced undergraduate and graduate students the opportunity to explore specialized topics related to the history of medieval art and architecture. These topics vary from year to year, providing diverse offerings that focus on a variety of historical moments, geographies, and themes, as well distinct methodological approaches to studying art and architecture from the region.
