Expanded Course Description
Wondering how to best structure your time for studying and coursework? Tackling Time focuses on
setting goals, identifying priorities, and managing time. We will analyze how we currently use our time
and whether this aligns with our values, and we will review specific strategies to improve efficiency and
productivity. We will also explore barriers to effective time management such as procrastination.
