Expanded Course Description
What are some helpful ways to prepare for a test? Tackling Tests is designed to help students confront tests with confidence. This class aims to prepare students for university-level quizzes and exams across various disciplines and subjects. Over the course of the term, we will explore how learning works and develop strategies for comprehending, absorbing, and expressing new and difficult ideas. Along the way we’ll learn how to prepare for exam questions, cultivate productive habits, and create pathways to successfully study. Students will also discuss techniques for managing text anxiety.
