The transfer evaluation report in DuckWeb shows transfer work that has been submitted and processed by the University of Oregon. When you send additional transfer work to UO, information will be processed and will appear on an updated transfer evaluation report.
The report consists of two sections: an Overall Transfer Summary section at the top followed by Transfer Evaluations by Institution(s).
The "Overall Transfer Summary" section of your report indicates the number of "Transfer Hours" and the number of "Accepted Hours" (in quarter credits) from each of the transcripts evaluated. If your former college used semester hours or another credit value, your credits have been converted into quarter credits. The "Excess Credits Deducted" shows total number of credits not accepted; the "Deduction Comments" field tells you the reasons for the deduction. Total Credits Accepted from all institutions is totaled for you.
The UO counts up to 124 total credits from two–year colleges toward the total credits needed for your UO degree. If you have exceeded that number, excess credits have been deducted from the "Accepted Hours" column. However, all courses taken above that limit will still count toward general education or major requirements.
The UO limits the number of PE, music performance, field experience, vocational/technical, and professional credits that can be accepted. If credits have been deducted for any of these reasons, the "Comments" section will show details.
Students who have transferred to the UO with AAOT degrees from an accredited Oregon Community College will have satisfied the writing and group portions of the university's general-education requirements; a notation will appear in the Transfer Summary section of this report. UO also accepts approved associate degrees from the following Washington State community colleges to meet the university's lower division group requirements: Bellevue Community College, Centralia College, Columbia Basin Community College, Edmonds Community College, Everett Community College, Highline Community College, Lower Columbia College, Peninsula College, Shoreline Community College, Skagit Valley College, South Puget Sound Community College, Spokane Community College, Spokane Falls Community College, Tacoma Community College, Walla Walla Community College, and Whatcom Community College.
Following the summary section of your report you will find a transfer evaluation report for each school for which you have sent an official transcript. On the left side of the report, your transfer courses are listed with the term taken, subject, course number, title, credits, and your grade. On the right side of the report, the UO equivalent courses are listed with the number of credits (converted into quarter hours) accepted for transfer.
If your transfer course has a direct equivalent at the UO, the UO course number and title are listed.
If your transfer course does not have a direct equivalent, UO may still accept the course to count toward general education requirements; the course may appear with a number that looks like 1xxT. The course title will indicate which requirement is met. 1xxT or 2xxT indicates a lower division course; 3xxT or 4xxT indicates a course that counts toward upper division requirements.
| Abbreviation | Description |

Some direct equivalent courses may not show the multicultural indicator; check your degree audit to see if additional courses qualify.
If your transfer course is not a direct equivalent to a UO course or does not count toward a UO general requirement, the course may be listed as Elective or Major or ANTH 100-level course, etc. Some electives may be used for major requirements, with permission from your major adviser.
Other designations may indicate that your transfer course was accepted as a Vocational/Technical course; was non–transferable; was a repeat of a course already taken; or was a regression (a lower–level course taken after a higher–level course) that was not accepted for transfer credit.
If you find errors such as missing courses or incorrect evaluations on the report, contact the Registrar's Office, 220 Oregon Hall, (541) 346–2935.
